Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking for an Operations Manager who will provide services and be a mediator between the clients and service provider.
  • To understand the offerings provided by the service providers and document the services as per the company protocols
  • Responsible for coordination with digital marketing agency and website provider and ensure all the offerings are communicated
  • Responsible for replying to all the inquires and leads which are generated through all marketing channels
  • Responsible for ensuring that the service booked is delivered seamlessly by the service providers.
  • Enroll and register Pandits, Astrologers, Yoga and Meditation practitioners, Vastu experts, Ayurveda experts as service providers.
  • It's a one stop shop for all home related services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Looking for an Operations Manager with excellent communication
  • Must have worked on US platforms
  • Be a mediator between the client and service provider
  • Hands on knowledge of excel and PPT
  • Min 3-5 years experience
  • Aptitude with strong analytical skills is essential.
  • Execution oriented - getting things done on ground. Must have a go-getter attitude.
  • Passionate and owns up proactively.
