Our Ambulances are the most important aspect of our business. Our clients and partners rely on us to ensure that our fleet of Ambulance are always in top working condition and equipped with live saving equipment, medication and professionals who can help save lives. We are looking to maintain the quality that we have standardized in this space with the help of a Manager Maintenance - Ambulances.
The ideal candidate would hold a Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred, Individual with 6 - 10 years of professional work experience in leading and managing the Maintenance of heavy or medium size vehicles/ambulances. Individual should possess excellent team management skills and highly motivated.
The job profile would include spearheading ambulance related activities across regions: Procurement of new ambulances, Insurance and repairs. Broadly, he would be responsible for Fleet/Transport Management and Maintenance. Ensuring timely reviews from the teams across regions and share the reports to top management are an expectation.
Liaison with top management for evolving strategic vision, driving change, infusing new ideas and taking business performance and productivity to the next level.
Liaison with government officials for any new deployments or replacing the existing ambulances. Conceptualizing and developing MIS models for verification, analysis and report submission to government. Ensuring timely updates from departments like procurement of vehicles and accounts to improve efficiency; ensuring in line of the SOPs/RFP.
The individual will report to the CEO.
