Roles and Responsibilities


Preventive Maintenance: Service Center

  • Constant check for a service maintenance schedule and inform Maintenance head for approval from Project Head
  • Focus on reducing Repair & Maintenance as far as possible and ensure minimum off-road time for the vehicles
  • Discuss with Cluster Leader and Maintenance Executive for any additional work to be done
  • Identify the service centers for servicing
  • Receive quotes from the service center for maintenance work and liaison with the dealers and vendors.
  • Plan & prepare a preventive maintenance plan for regions
  • Monitor the execution of preventive maintenance schedule
  • Ensure regions update records and maintain a maintenance
  • Prepare weekly / monthly report of maintenance work done

Breakdown Maintenance

  • Analyze the reason for the breakdown. Prepare a report in case of accident breakdown
  • Receive and verify the invoice copy and confirm with Cluster Leader
  • Forward invoice to accounts
  • Update records and prepare the report

Maintain & Manage Data

  • Ensure regions develop and update vehicle data
  • Ensure regions maintain Job cards for each ambulance regularly& master records
  • Provide inputs on preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance details
  • Provide inputs on the standard task list
  • Maintain Vehicle wise Maintenance details
  • Insurance claim handling in case of accidents along with superiors

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile
  • 3 - 8 years + in maintenance or After Sales-Service function
