Monthly reports to management on major statutory compliance & violations, if any.
Get the inspection done from PF, ESIC, Labour and departments of units
Ensure execution of manpower agreements for each contractor for the financial year
Ensure 100% availability of contract manpower in regions & adherence legal compliance
Ensure timely wages bills clearance of contractors and wages distribution as per statutory laws
Ensure regular audits of contractors legal and statutory records
Conduct monthly meeting with all the contractors.
Ensure smooth IR in regions, Counseling & grievance handling of workers
IR / HR Surveys to identify best industry practices
Meeting with the officials of Labour, PF, ESIC, Employment Exchange, Police, Zila Panchayat, other administrative authorities and associations.
To keep smooth relationship with labour unions ( if there )
Dealing with office bearer of unions and committee members
Negotiation and discussion on various IR Matters
Formulates policy and directs and coordinates industrial relations activities of organization: Formulates policy for subordinate managers of departments, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee services, according to knowledge of company objectives, government regulations, and labor contract terms.
Consults legal staff to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
Draft employment agreements, legal letters like letters to late coming, absteesm, suspension etc .
Update and maintain various HR/ IR policies and practices
Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
